Thank you for choosing Dr. Kathleen Pace as your child’s pediatric dental specialist.

At Pace Pediatric Dentistry, we are committed to your child’s treatment being successful and pleasant. It is our policy to make financial arrangements with you prior to any treatment. The following is an explanation of our payment procedures and dental insurance procedures. All patients must complete our information and insurance forms prior to seeing Dr. Pace.

Payments Accepted

For your convenience we accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard and Care Credit. Payment in full is required unless we have verified your dental benefits and coverage prior to your appointment.

Dental Insurance

We happily accept any insurance plan that will allow you to see the dentist of your choice and will allow payment to us as providers. Our team will contact your insurance company prior to your visit to provide you with a better understanding of your plan benefits. If the insurance benefits are assigned to the doctor, you will be responsible for paying your deductible and co-payments at time of appointment.

Your insurance benefits are a contract between you and your employer. The amount of coverage you receive is dependent upon the plan purchased by your employer, and not the fees of Pace Pediatric Dentistry.

We also participate in most Medicaid insurance programs and we can assist you with those verifications as well.

Office Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment to avoid a missed appointment fee of $25.
